This website provides information about The White Hart Llangybi and lets visitors send enquiries and, if they choose, join the pub's email updates.

Contact form enquiries

When you use the contact form we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and message, so the team can respond. Enquiries are processed through DGL Media Agency's shared website platform, stored in Cloudflare D1 and may be delivered to the pub by email using Resend.

Newsletter and marketing emails

Joining the newsletter is optional. The newsletter box is not selected by default. If you actively choose to receive updates, we store your name (where supplied), email address, the source of your consent and the date you subscribed. We use this list for occasional White Hart news, events and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Leaving the newsletter box unticked does not affect your enquiry.

Cookies and security

This website uses a small essential browser/local-storage setting to remember your cookie-notice preference. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the enquiry form to help prevent automated spam and abuse. No advertising cookies are intentionally loaded by this website.

Third parties

External services and links, including Cloudflare, Resend, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram, have their own privacy policies and may process technical information when you use their services.
